Luthor's Pick...

First and foremost, please allow me to apologize for the lack of writings this week.

Now to the fun stuff...

My pick for this week is my recipe for:

Luthor's Kick Ass Homemade in a Crock Pot Poultry Corn Chowder

Ingredients:

Cooked Chicken or Turkey(your preference)
1 can of whole kernel corn
Milk(or cream depending how rich you want it)
Potatoes
Bacon
Garlic power
Flour
Black Pepper
Salt
Curry powder
Butter

Easy enough to start with eh?

Instructions:

1. Hack your meat into cubes(doesn't that just sound dirty?)
2. Pour Milk, contents of corn can(including the icky corn water) and hacked meat into the crock pot.
3. Add Garlic power, curry powder, salt & pepper to taste and stir.
4. Cook the potatoes until they are crumbly, then dump them into the crock pot.
5. Cook bacon until crisp, break into small pieces and add just the bacon to the mixture.
6. Turn the crock pot to high heat and let it sit for about 20 minutes or until contents are hot.
7. Add a small amount of butter(like maybe half a dinner spoon full)
8. Add flour slowly until you reach your desired consistency.
9. Occasionally stir, then let it sit...for a while(I usually let it sit over night)
10. Pull out a bowl and enjoy!

Good Stuff!

'slater,

Luthor...werd
