It's The Most Wonderful Time of the Year...

And there came flashes of lightning, rumbling, peals of thunder, an earthquake and a great hailstorm...and Luthor doth post once more...(please don't hurt me for that, I just thought it was funny).

Things have been really crazy of late. I've been working 7 days a week, with lots of 12 hour shifts in that time, so I've just not felt up to posting.

Life is crazy sometimes. It's weird when so much changes when so little has taken place. Chaos Theory sucks sometimes.

It's Wrestlemania on Sunday. Just like the Superbowl, this is it for wrestling. The big dance. A chance to go in a no one and leave as a super star. I just plain love 'Mania.

This year's card leaves a lot to be desired, but I'm still hoping for some good stuff.

The thing I'm most looking forward to isn't even happening on Sunday. It's the night before. My favorite wrestler of all time, Bret "the Hitman" Hart, is being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. For the common joe that knows nothing about wrestling this might seem like a ho-hum kind of thing. But for us wrestling fans, this is freaking HUGE.

I'm not gonna go into why it's so huge. Just click HERE, and get the whole story yourself. So yeah. This is stoked me.

Other Stuff:

Don't think the dog thing is happening now. Some stuff has changed and it doesn't look like it will be a possibility. I'm in the middle of a big denial stage about the other stuff, so I don't want to get into it. Let's just say I might be looking for a new place to live.

Saw V for Vendetta last Friday, and all I've been able to think since is how much better everything would be if it were more like that movie. It's masterful and deserves a lot more credit then it gets. If you haven't seen it, do yourself a favor and go and see it.

I love comics still. I hope things continue to be as good as they have been lately. I just love them.

I've gotten on this kick of collecting action figures from the Justice League Unlimited cartoon. This is my most current obsession. I've gotten 20 or so in the last month and need about another 20 in order to get the entire set(well all the characters anyway, there's only so many versions of Batman).

Ok thought process is done. Check out my myspace thing: myspace.com/Iamluthor and add my as a friend.

What a Week This Will Be...

Yeah, it's Monday and I'm already wishing it were Saturday.

This is just going to be one hell of a week.

My Mother is signing her divorce papers tomorrow and is seriously depressed about it. So depressed that she's asked her older demanding sister to come and stay with her this week. One demanding, drives me retarded Aunt leaves...another comes in. It's like a revolving door.

But when she leaves in a few days, My house will me MY house again. I'll be able to walk around in my underwear. I'll be able to shave and do laundry whenever I want. I'll be able to poop and read in the bathroom without someone banging on the door. It's gonna be heaven.

This week also marks the 1 year anniversary of the worst day in my life. Ain't that gonna be special? My mother and I are both going to have relationship ending anniversaries in the same week. SWANKY!

Things are different now, I know. I'm a lot better off then I was then and I feel like a healthier person, so all ends well.

Otherstuff:

Went to London this weekend. It was cool hanging with all my Doyon siblings(I am after all an adopted Doyon). It's rare when we all get together, so the moments when we can and do whatever together is just nice. Marc and I teamed against Rich, Sam and Nic in a game of "Scene it." Last time we were there I kicked major ass. This time not so much. They took us down. I'll have my revenge. mini ps to Rich: At least I know what a roller coaster is...beeyotch.

The great dog search of '06 still continues. My mother has decided she wants a Shih Poo. I've come to the decision that we should get whatever she wants because in all reality, I don't know how much longer we're going to live together and if we get a dog, it should be something she'll love, whether I'm around or not. That being said...still A-W-W-W-W-W!

Things are still going with Steph. It's been almost 4 months now. Which just seems weird. She's in a chronic bad mood at the moment due to the teacher's strike. It sucks for her, but she's talented(take a look at ye olde moblog to see some of her photography) and I know when things settle she'll be ok.

And finally...

I bought Bears fuzzy dice in London. Ya buddy.

Major PS to Rich: There's a hidden message in here somewhere for you. Find it and I'll give you a cookie.

I'm Dead Sexah...

Remember those pictures I was talking about a few posts back. Welp I them posted on Ye Olde Moblog, and one of them was picked as Textamerica.com's Artistic Shot of the Day.

I rule.

What else...

umm...The dog search is still going. My dogs from the pound in Detroit got adopted. Part of me is still hoping that it's an elaborate ruse and someone I know went and got the puppy for me. They were just SO cute. I hope their new caretakers treat them as well or better then I would have.

I've also discovered that info about these hybrid/designer dogs is pretty hard to come by. Almost everything I've read has been negative, but everything that I've read sounds like it's coming from a bitter breeder who's pissy because their pooch of choice isn't the current it dog. I think I've found a total of 4 breeders in North America that offer "ShiChis"(which is what a Shih Tzu/Chihuahua mix is called, apparently) through the web.

I've spent the VAST majority of my free time lately searching the web for dogs and I gotta tell ya, I ain't impressed! Petfinder(which only covers pounds and animal rescues) is the best of the bunch, and the rest, frankly, suck sour frog ass. Most of them don't even have a "search our site" thingie. What the hell is up with that?

I've been totally obsessing on the dog thing lately(ask my girlfriend and the people at work, they'll tell ya).

Rented the movie MirrorMask last week. I liked it a lot. It's kinda artsy weird but faerie tale like but dark and creepy too. Just a cool flick. Plus the chick in it is hot...

Well...Another ramble post comes to an end.

Off to read some Wizard and Mac World Monthly then hit the hay.

PS: I'm allowed to think she's hot. She's perfectly legal.
