Work: Well...After 6 long years something had to give. Unfortunately, it was Ken.

Ken is my long time boss and one of my best friends. He's worked for the same company 7 years(started there about a year before I did and actually brought me in). He was offered a sweet deal from another company and got while the getting was good.

That left us with no Team Leader.

So yeah...

I'm the new boss.

Only took 6 years, but I'm making a pretty decent buck now. I have lots of new headaches and responsibilities, but everything is working out ok. I've done the job before and I think I'm pretty capable.

Yay for me!

Love Life: I've also met a new girl. It's been amazing and I'm falling absofuckinglutely head over heels for her. There's no drama. If there's an issue, we talk about it. She likes me as much as I like her.

It's just perfect.

Yay for me 2!

Social Life: So my 30th birthday is next weekend and since I got the promotion I decided to try and get a bunch of people together earlier in the month for a little get together at the 'Rack.

Much to my surprise, everyone came out in full force. It was one of the few times in my life where everyone of my close friends came together. I would rank it as one of the best times in my life. It was truly amazing and I can't even put into words how incredible it was and how great it made me feel.

Yay for me 3!
